THE CALS INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS ENDOWMENT FOR EXCELLENCE, IN HONOR OF LARRY NELSON

In honor of Dr. Larry Nelson's retirement as Assistant Dean for International Programs, the College is establishing the CALS International Programs Endowment for Excellence.

The endowment will be funded by contributions from alumni, faculty and staff, philanthropic organizations and companies associated with CALS International Programs. Anyone may make additional gifts to the fund at any time.  This endowment will be used to underwrite any and all costs associated with CALS International Programs.  Some of the ways this endowment may be used include but are not limited to the following:

1. to support the recruiting of outstanding international visiting professors, speakers, presenters and others.

2. to provide travel and lodging for the above.

3. to pay honoraria for international speakers.

4. to publish printed and electronic materials marketing and promoting CALS International Programs.

5. to support international travel by students, faculty and staff.
