Dr. Lynn G. Turner, Professor and Undergraduate Teaching Coordinator for the Department of Food, Bioprocessing and Nutrition Sciences, and Beth Eakes Truner have established the Eakes-Turner Food Science Scholarship Endowment. This endowment will provide a scholarships for two-year or four-year undergraduates.
The endowment honors Summer and Eloise Eakes and remembers Neil and Laura Turner, Beth's and Lynn's parents, respectively.
