North Carolina Cooperative Extension’s leaders highlight the organization’s 100 years of service, and its ongoing mission and programs, on UNC-TV, the statewide public TV network.

Mitchell Lewis, host of UNC-TV’s “North Carolina Now,” discussed the topic with Dr. Joe Zublena, Cooperative Extension director at N.C. State University, and Dr. Fletcher Barber, Cooperative Extension associate administrator at N.C. A&T State University, in an episode that aired Dec. 18.

Throughout 2014, UNC-TV will work with Extension to broadcast a series of stories on Extension’s impact on agriculture, agribusiness, communities, families and 4-H’ers.
