Chancellor Woodson chose the flavor and worked with the N.C. State creamery to develop Wolf Tracks. The flavor was unveiled in a Brickyard celebration — part of installation week festivities, Oct. 25-29. Woodson “dug into” a giant sundae made from the new flavor, then students and university staff lined up for free samples. Watch video from the flavor unveiling.
