Objectives: Upon completion of this lesson you should be able to:

Describe the responsibilities of the teacher in regards to SAE 
List 10 activities a teacher can do to encourage students to establish SAE programs
List 7 principles to follow in supervising a SAE program.
Discuss how a teacher can help students evaluate their SAE program. 
Identify modifications that may need to be made in SAE for special students

These actvities should be completed before class for on-campus students as this provides a foundation for the class discussion.

Laboratory:

For students who are taking the class live on campus, there is a one and half hour lab. This activity will be done during the lab.

For distance education students, the lab will be described and the student will be responsible for performing the activity.
Introduction: In the lab, we will review and wrap-up loose ends on the record book assignment.
