Merriam, Caffarella, and Baumgartner do a great job of "wrapping up" this course and adult learning in "Refelection on Learning in Adulthood" from 's Learning in Adulthood: A Comprehensive Guide (3rd ed., 2007).  This reading can be found in the Class 14 folder in WebCT Vista.
