  • Read the following explanation. Although marketing and public relations efforts differ, many perceive them to be identical. Public relations can be compared to broadcast seeding while marketing can be likened to seeding with a drill.
  • Are your marketing efforts targeting the intended population? Do you know your students/clients?
  • Search ideas to market programs. These ideas are gleaned from the larger Local Program Success effort completed by the National FFA Organization.
  • Interested in becoming a public relations specialist? Find details about this profession.
  • What is happening in public relations education? Read the report of the Commission on Public Relations Education. Beware—This reading is quite lengthy!
