  • Recruitment and retention of students and clients concern both teachers and agents. This lesson will provide learners with effective recruitment and retention strategies. This first assignment focuses on recruiting for high school agriculture programs. The Purdue Horatio/Alger Study (PDF) documents the FFA edge. PowerPoint presentations that can be use for recruitment purposes are included in the document.
