- Leadership on the surface seems simple to define but
if one thinks deeply one will see it is much more complex. I
first want you to learn about the theory of leadership by studying
Maslow's hierachy of needs. Maslow's theory will help you to see
why certain people are motivated to exibit leadership behavior and why
others aren't.
- After studying Maslow's theory read the next website
and do some of the exercises. This will help you to understand
what a leader is and how you have been and can be a leader.
