During this observation students should show evidence of completion of the objectives 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, and 9. Listed below the objectives are examples of work that could be provided to show support for successful completion of the objective. It is only necessary to provide one example for each objective. (Note: the number in parenthesis identifies the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards objective that corresponds with our class objective.)

1. The ability to plan for and deliver instruction in Agricultural Education. (NBPTS 3)

2. The ability to identify and cope with variations in student abilities and basic skills. (NBPTS 1, 3, 8, 9)

3. The ability to effectively manage a classroom and/or lab setting and deal with student behavior problems. (NBPTS 3)

7. The ability to develop cooperative working relationships with fellow teachers and school administrators.

8. The ability to effectilvely develop and supervise students' agricultural experience programs.

9. The ability to supervise and advise the student youth organization (FFA).
