Introduction: A scholar once said, "Each One,Teach One". Where are all the teachers? Currently throughout the country there is a teacher shortage. How do we address the teacher shortage? 

The Carl Perkins Act, the current federal legislation governing workforce development education mandated that each state should develop a system of evaluation for workforce development education. Will the Carl Perkins Act remain the federal legislation governing workforce development education? 

Will Block Scheduling Remain?

In this lesson we look at trends and issues in career and technical education.
