Agricultural Occupations
One section of the labor laws govern employment in agricultural occupations. This is defined as those who:
- Raise livestock, bees, fur-bearing animals, and poultry
- Cultivate the soil, grow or harvest crops
- Grow or harvest crops as employees of a contractor
