2007 Test Information:
The test is designed for kids born October 1 through December 31, 2006 and January 1 through March 31, 2007. The main focus of the test is rate of gain during the 84-day performance test. However, additional measurments are collected on the goats including initial and final scrotal circumference, ribeye area , a subjective visual appraisal score, and carcass data on the animals designated for the Terminal Market Test. Specific details are listed in the "Initial Letter to Producers" . Important dates for this year's tests are listed below.
