"Foundations for the Future"

         The purpose of the Foundations for the Future is to provide funding for the NC Cattlemen's Foundation and the NC 4-H Livestock Fund. The NC Cattlemen's Foundation is governed by a 12-member board of directors. There are nine voting members, all of whom are cattlemen. These members allocate funds to projects related to beef production. The 4-H Livestock Advisory Council. The council will allocate the funds to high priority projects in livestock youth work.

          How does Foundations for the Future work? You are asked to consider donating a cull cow or any other appropriate animal from you herd to the Foundations for the Future. Print and fill out the form below and give it to the Livestock Market when the animal is delivered for sale. The animal will be sold in the name of the Foundations for the Future and the check and form will be mailed directly to the Foundation at the NC Cattlemen's Association. You will be mailed a copy of the paysheet and a receipt from the Foundation for your records. Your donation is tax deductible and greatly appreciated.
