Extension Interests: Develop and conduct educational programs on swine breeding and genetic improvement; crossbreeding systems; carcass merit buying programs; producer networking; artificial insemination; general swine management.

Research Interests: Conduct research on genetic evaluation procedures for growth, carcass and reproductive traits; evaluation of heterogenous variance amongst swine herds in genetic evaluation programs; evaluation and development of measurement procedures to determine lean gain.
