Research Interests: Improve the efficiency of swine production. Interests include increasing our understanding of the regulation of how nutrients are utilized by domestic animals.

Teaching Interests: ANS 012 (Animal Feeds and Nutrition), ANS 065 (Swine Herd Management) and ANS 150 (Introduction to Animal Science). Advise 30 students.
