Animal Science/Food Science/Poultry Science 020 is a general course that will acquaint you with the importance of animal agriculture and will provide a general introduction to terminology, nutrition, reproduction, breeding, management and marketing of farm animals. A portion of the course deals with the meat industry, equating live animal and carcass characteristics with market requirements.


Class Location:

Polk Hall, Room 5A; When lab is not off campus it will be located in Polk 5H (unless otherwise announced).  When lab meets off campus vans will pick students up between Polk & Harrelson.
 

Scheduled Hours:

Mondays and Wednesdays, 11:20-12:10

Lab Hours:
Section 201 - Wednesday, 12:25 - 2:15

Section 201 - Wednesday, 2:35-4:25
Section 202 - Wednesday, 4:45-6:35
