For the D20S88 Locus, we notice that Child 1 (Lane 5) matches with the
Maternal Grandfather and the Maternal Grandmother. While the bands are
similar to the grandparents, this excludes the child, as we must have
one match from the Maternal Grandparents and one match from the
Paternal Grandparents. This excludes Child 1 from this family.
Child 2 (Lane 6) matches with the
Maternal Grandfather and with the Paternal Grandfather. This child
cannot be excluded based on this locus.
