DNA Matching in A Case of Rape

Consider four VNTR loci. Each of the four loci are on different chromosomes, and so can be considered independent. We have some DNA samples: The victim; A blood spot; Another blood spot; and DNA samples (blood) from each of three suspects. The Southern Blots for the loci are given. While it is possible to separate semen from the woman's DNA in the vaginal swab, it was not done in this case.

Consider each locus separately. Of course, in real life, a single exclusion is enough to strongly suspect a laboratory mixup. Consider each one on your own before you look at the answers.
