On September 13th, EGSA held a bake sale in the brickyard. Brooke Witting came up with the idea of organizing a fundraiser; Nicole Benda complemented the idea by suggesting a bake sale, and thus was responsible for all the logistics involved. Numerous people donated their time and effort and baked delicious goods, varying from chocolate fudge to zucchini bread – the diversity was enormous (Too bad there's no picture!)
We raised $380 that went to the American Red Cross through the campus' fundraiser "Compassion in Action".
