Technical Support

The NCSU Information Technology Division (ITD) provides hardware and some software troubleshooting support campus-wide. There is a campus wide Help Desk which can be contacted by phone (515.HELP), email, or through an online database of frequently-asked questions. The CALS Office of Information Technology also provides technical support for computer labs, administrative offices, and county facilities. They are tied into the campus help desk email system.

The Department of Entomology has it's own technical support person. For help requests within the department, please email: entomology_help@ncsu.edu
