FACULTY ACTIVITY REPORT/PLAN OF WORK/IMPACT STATEMENT

(Suggested Format)

  1. Single Space only. For Faculty Activity Reports & Plans of Work you do NOT need to start a new page for each Roman Numeral.

  2. 3/4-inch margins at top, bottom, left and right

  3. Number each page, top right

  4. Font size no smaller than 10 point.

  5. Be concise. Make every effort to limit to (5) pages total for Faculty Activity Report and Plan of Work

  6. Save FAR and POW in file named LASTNAME_FIRST_FAR.doc

  7. Limit Impact Statement to (2) pages total

  8. Save Impact Statement(s) in file named LASTNAME_FIRST_IP.doc

A faculty member's ACTIVITY REPORT summarizes activities during the past calendar year.  The ANNUAL PLAN OF WORK summarizes goals for the future. These are ordinarily annual goals but this process allows for longer range goals when appropriate.
