Anyone can buy NCSU Dairy Products! NCSU Milk and Ice Cream are now available to anyone and can be purchased on NCSU's campus. **North Carolina State University's trademarks, logos, or other identifying symbols may NOT be used in advertising or press releases without written permission.

Rental Freezer Units

Rental freezer units are available for $50 per event.
The large freezer will hold 50 bags of 4 oz. cups or 18 tubs.
The small freezer will hold 30 bags of 4 oz. cups or 10 tubs

Payment

The Creamery Does not Accept Cash! The Creamery accepts Credit Cards and Checks. Please make checks payable to NCSU Creamery. State agencies may request to be invoiced or Inter- Department Transfers (IDT's) may be used by NCSU buyers.

Where and When to Pick it Up

Orders may be picked up Monday through Friday from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm.
The creamery office is located in the Food Science Building, Room 12 Schaub Hall, which is located on the corner of Dan Allen and Sullivan Drive. A loading dock is provided at the rear of the building.

***REMEMBER***
3 gallon tubs of ice cream are -15 degrees F. when purchased. The ideal dipping temperature is +4 to +6 degrees F. The proper atemperation of ice cream tubs will take 24 - 48 hours in a home freezer.
