Research Interests

Processing and residues associated with dairy products. Recent work has focused on residues of therapeutic drugs in milk and their screening. I have a full-time extension, appointment and work collaboratively with other researchers in the department and at the School of Veterinary Medicine. My main interest is in applied areas.
