The B.S. degree with a major in Food Science
is offered through curricula with a SCIENCE
emphasis or a TECHNOLOGY emphasis.
The TECHNOLOGY program is designed for students
more interested in business opportunities for technically trained
individuals. It offers greater flexibility in complementing Food
Science coursework with business, agricultural commodity, and
