Consumer Horticulture is a popular website maintained by Erv Evans at NC State that provides homeowners in both urban and rural areas with gardening and landscaping information. The site received 1.5 million hits in April 2002.

You will find information on flowers, fruits, ornamentals, turf, and vegetables. There is information on the JC Raulston Arboretum, master gardener program, youth horticulture, as well as control of diseases, insects, and weeds. Of course, there are also links to other useful sites.
