  • Cut flower photoTour of Cut Flower Producers - Ecuador
    • Over spring break 2004, John Dole led seven cut flower growers to Ecuador to tour cut flower farms. The tour started in Quito and went to Ambato, south of Quito.
    • The group visited eight flower farms ranging in size from one of the largest growers in the world, Esmeraldas, to a couple of small, family farms.
    • Cut flower photoThe tour was sponsored by the Association of Specialty Cut Flower Growers.
