Request for Visas J-1 and H1-B
The Assistant Dean for International Programs signs all Visa requests for foreign students and scholars for the Dean of the College. Please bring your request to our office located in: 321 Scott Hall. After the signature is obtained we encourage the individual to handcarry these documents to the appropriate office on campus (OIS for J-1). In the absence of the Assistant Dean, the International Programs Office will get the siganture from the Dean's office and notify the submitting department when the documents can be picked up. We do not recommend the mailing of any visa documentation by campus mail.
