Public access: Nematode.Net
In addition to immediate public submission of all EST data to GenBank, we established a web site with tools to provide easier access to parasitic nematode sequence data. This site (under construction at www.nematode.net) allows BLAST and text searches of subsets of available ESTs (by species, library, clade, etc.). We also provide ftp access to all EST sequences, a viewer to inspect raw sequence trace data, and descriptors of project libraries and work in progress. NemaGene clusters are being added to the site by species as they are completed.
