Project Abstracts:

This project, led by George Allen, is a longstanding collaborative project in our laboratory. We seek ways of delivering genes to pre-defined locations in the host genome, either by site-specific recombination into characterized locations marked by previously inserted “tag” sequences, or by homologous recombination with specified endogenous sequences.
