The Employee Self Service Utility of the Current Payroll Database
allows (and, in some cases - requires)
employees to:

Change their address
-
Provide or update Emergency Contact information

View their paystub
-
Change tax withholding
-
Update or change Direct Deposit information

BEFORE YOU BEGIN, BE PREPARED TO UPDATE YOUR UNITY PASSWORD.
THE SECURITY LAYER THAT PROTECTS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION REQUIRES
A STRONG PASSWORD -- ONE COMPOSED OF NUMERALS, MIXED-CASE LETTERS
AND AT LEAST ONE SPECIAL CHARACTER.
To find EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE, go to the University's https://adminportal.acs.ncsu.edu/
Log on using your Unity ID and password
Click on the tab named "HR."
Select EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE (near the top left of the HR
page)

The next step is to visit: http://www7.acs.ncsu.edu/benefits/homepage.asp
and click on the 'Change My Address' tab in the upper right corner.
This will, again, put you through a security layer and allow you
to submit the address change in such a fashion that it is communicated
to the external benefits program vendors.

Reimbursement System

Finally, if you receive travel or other reimbursements, from the
University, please ask anyone in the Accounting Office, 2508 South Gardner Hall, to update this information on your behalf.
