Call for Abstracts : Deadline December 7, 2008

You are invited to submit abstracts for the 2009 Southern Division Meeting.  We encourage students to participate in the Graduate Student Competition - please check the box "This paper is for the student paper competition" in the submission form.

You must choose the same payment option below for both registration and abstract payment.

Credit Card option. Starting this year, abstracts and meeting registration for the APS-SD meeting may be submitted online with credit card payment.  For detailed online abstract submission instructions, go to: (http://www.apsnet.org/meetings/div/instruct.asp)
Below are the instructions for accessing the online abstract submission form.

• Go to: http://meeting.apsnet.org/Login.cfm
• Enter Username and Password (call APS Headquarters toll-free at 1-800-481- 2698 if you have forgotten it)
  
• Click Submit/Edit Abstract
  
• Click on APS Southern Division 2009 Meeting
  
• Scroll to the top of page and start with entering the contributor information (also verify that your name and id number appear at the top in bold).
• For questions or problems regarding the online abstract submission form, contact Cindy Scheller at APS Headquarters at cscheller@scisoc.org

Check option. Per previous years you may submit your abstract electronically to the Southern Division Vice-President, Dr. Bob Kemerait. At the same time fill out the check payment form (Word format)) and send your check to the Southern Division Secretary/Treasurer, Dr. Tom Isakeit.
