Workshop Registration and Lodging information

In order to facilitate the use of credit cards, this year we are trying out something different!!!

This will require all participants to take TWO individual steps this year:

1. Pay workshop fees by registering for the event on-line; and

2. Pay lodging fees by reserving your room through the Kanuga Conference Center.

    

Early Workshop Registration Deadline is August 24, 2012
Final Workshop Registration Deadline is September 19, 2012
Final Lodging Reservation Deadline is September 19, 2012

The early workshop registration fee is $75; Final workshop registration fee is $80. Participants should register for the event using this link

There is also an option at the link above to sign up for additional workshop options including T-shirts ($15) and meals as a commuter attendee.

The Kanuga Conference Center is a residential conference center where all meals are provided.  All participants will need to reserve their rooms through the Kanuga Conference Center website
Kanuga lodging reservations

There are a few different lodging options for you to chose from at Kanuga:
Full Conference Lodging Fee, Double Occupancy: $426.
Includes double lodging, four breakfasts, three lunches, four dinners, and use of recreational facilities.

Full Conference Lodging Fee Single Occupancy: $555.
Includes single lodging (private room), four breakfasts, three lunches, four dinners, and use of recreational facilities.

When making lodging reservations for double occupancy, you will have the opportunity to list the names of potential roommate(s), or request the need for one by gender if you don’t have anyone specific in mind.

Lodging cancellations must be confirmed before September 20th.  After September 19, 2012, you must call Kanuga Conference Center to determine availability.
