2010 Registration Information

Final Registration Deadline is September 3, 2010
Details
The Kanuga Conference Center is a residential conference center where
all meals are provided.
- We will make all room reservations for those choosing to lodge at
Kanuga.
- Please indicate "Cabin" or "Inn", if you have
a preference.
- For double occupancy: Please indicate your roommate on the registration
form or choose: need a roommate.
- If you prefer a single room with private bath, please choose 'full registration -single'
- There is no tipping, no sales tax, and no room tax.
If you want to form a group to stay in a cabin together, please know
that based on double-occupancy, cabins require 3, 5,
7, 8, or 11 people. To form a group, someone will need to be designated
as the 'head' roommate such that everyone wanting to stay in that group
lists the same 'head' roommate on the registration form. If you have a favorite cabin, please list the cabin number, too.
Registration Fees
- Full Conference Registration Fee (double-occupancy): $424. Includes:
four nights lodging (double-occupancy), four breakfasts, three lunches, four dinners,
coffee breaks, socials, and registration.
Add $30, if after August 20th.
- Full Conference Registration Fee (single-occupancy): $553. Includes:
four nights lodging (private room), four breakfasts, three lunches, four dinners,
coffee breaks, socials, and registration.
Add $30, if after August 20th.
- Commuter Registration Fee: $53. Same as Full Conference Registration
minus the lodging, breakfast and dinner but includes lunch and registration. Add $30
if after August 20th.
- Spouse Rate - Conference Registration Fee: $404. Includes
lodging (double- occupancy), meals, and socials.

How to Register
To print a registration form click here for Word or PDF version. We cannot accept registration forms and checks until after July 5th.
We are unable to accept online registrations, please print the form,

- Please use a separate form for each person
- If you need a roommate, indicate gender on form
- Full payment is required in advance by check drawn on US funds and
made payable to:
"NCSU Ornamental Workshop "

- Sorry, but we cannot accept credit cards
- Your registration will be confirmed by email along with an attached
itemized receipt. (Be sure to include your email on the registration
form.)

Cancellations & Refunds:
Requests for registration refunds before September 17th will be honored if a written notification (email) of cancellation is received on or before September 16, 2010. After September 16, 2010, refunds will be subject to a $15/day surcharge. A $30 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. No
refund on T-shirt, -- it will be mailed.
