Details
The Kanuga Conference Center is a residential conference center where all meals are provided.

  • We will make all room reservations for those choosing to lodge at Kanuga.
  • Please indicate on the 'Name of Roommate' line on the registration form with whom you would like to room, or we can assign you a roommate.
  • Please indicate "Cabin" or "Inn", if you have a preference.
  • If you prefer a single room with private bath, please indicate and add $124 to the registration fee.
  • There is no tipping, no sales tax, and no room tax.

If you want to form a group to stay in a cabin together, please know that based on double-occupancy, cabins require 3, 5, 7, 8, or 11 people. To form a group, someone will need to be designated as the 'head' roommate such that everyone wanting to stay in that group lists the same 'head' roommate on the registration form. If you have a favorite cabin, please list the cabin number, too.

Registration Fees

  • Full Conference Registration Fee: $403. Includes: four nights lodging (double-occupancy), four breakfasts, three lunches, four dinners, coffee breaks, socials, and registration. Add $124 if single lodging is preferred. Add $30 if after August 22nd.
  • Commuter Registration Fee: $50. Same as Full Conference Registration minus the lodging, breakfast and dinner but includes lunch. Add $30 if after August 22nd.
  • Spouse Rate - Conference Registration Fee: $382. Includes lodging (double- occupancy), meals, and socials.

  • Please use a separate form for each person
  • If you need a roommate, indicate gender on form
  • Full payment is required in advance by check drawn on US funds and made payable to:

  • Sorry, but we cannot accept credit cards
  • Your registration will be confirmed by email along with an attached itemized receipt. (Be sure to include your email on the registration form.)

Cancellations
Cancellations made by September 5th will receive a refund less a $20 service charge. Cancellations made by September 19th will receive a refund less a $40 service charge. Cancellations after September 19th will be subject to a $15/day surcharge plus a $40 service charge. No refund on T-shirt, -- it will be mailed.
