Workshop Registration fees include all sessions, coffee breaks, reception, plus workshop materials. All registrations must be made by the official registration form only. One form per participant. No registration form is accepted unless accompanied by full payment. Payment of fees will be accepted by check, money order, wire transfer only in $US. Additional costs related to money transfers will be charged to the participant. Please include payment with your registration form. PPIL-NCSU does not accept telephone registrations.      

Confirmation and receipts. After registration fee and completed form have been received, the PPIL-NCSU will send a confirmation of registration to participants. Please plan to present this confirmation in Raleigh as proof of registration.

Cancellation policy: Requests for refunds will be honored (less a $50 processing fee) provided written notification via e-mail to Dr. Gloria Abad or via fax to (919) 515-6988
if received NO LATER than 5 p.m., 8 May 2006.      

English is the official language of the workshop     

Airport: Raleigh-Durham International (RDU) Airport is located approximately 20-25 minutes drive from campus and the suggested lodging for the workshop.

Ground Transport Options: Taxis are available directly outside the baggage claim area, fares to campus are approximately $30.00. Triangle Transit Authority provides public buses at a cost of about $2.00. Depending on connections, expect travel time to campus on the bus to be between 45-75 minutes. (The airport is served by route 747.)

Accommodations: For the convenience of participants and to stimulate discussion, the workshop committee has obtained discounted rates a block of rooms at the University Towers dormitory at NCSU for participants. Participants EITHER must dowload the applicable forms from the workshop's Registration Form and FAX THESE DIRECTLY TO THE LODGING MANAGERS OR use the Brownstone's online form (available immediately below or via the workshop's Registration Form) to submit reservation and payment information.

No reservations will be accepted by telephone, rather, use the from founds at:

The cost of accommodations at University Towers is $42 for double (shared)room and meals and $52 for single (private) room and meals .
