The purpose of "Pest Descriptions" is to aid in the identification of common disorders of grapes and to provide background information to growers/agents for the management of particular pests. "Pest Descriptions" includes disorders associated with diseases (fungi, bacteria, nematodes), arthropods (insects and mites), nutritional disorders and weeds. Information in "Pest Descriptions" is divided into 3 major sections: Disease, Insects (currently in development) and Weeds. Diseases is further divided into bacteria, fruit foliar, nematodes, viruses, and woodrot; according to the symptoms/sings that are caused by the causal agent of the disease.
