Beth Pritchard

Research Interests
I'm a Research Assistant in Bioinformatics and am currently working
on the development of resources to allow for the storage, visualisation,
annotation and analysis of sequence data from the genome project
of the filamentous fungus Aspergillus
flavus. I am also involved in comparative genomics studies
between A. flavus and the closely related fungus A.
oryzae in collaboration
with The Institute for Genomic Research (TIGR) and the A.
oryzae Genome Analysis Consortium.
