The headquarters hotel for the Workshop is the Courtyard by Marriott Wilmington located about one mile (1.6 km) from the campus of UNC-W. Additional rooms are available for the Workshop at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Wilmington-University Center. Contact the hotels directly as stated above to receive the conference rate. Please reserve your room early to guarantee the conference rate. The Workshop is not responsible for room arrangements, reservations, or for any deposits or fees required by the hotels. Additionally, hotel cancellations must be made by you through your hotel.
Many other hotels are located in Wilmington and in Wrightsville Beach, located approximately 5 miles (8 km) from the conference site. Those choosing to stay at other hotels are responsible for arranging their own reservations, transportation, and parking.
