The registration fee for the National Convention is $50
per person payable no later than March 1, 2004. After March 1, the fee increases to $70 per
person. The early payment incentive is
offered in hopes that it will encourage you to register sooner than later,
which would help us greatly with our planning. The registration fee will cover the
following: - Ice Cream Social on Saturday (for
people who come early) - Lunch and Dinner on Sunday - Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on
Monday - Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on
Tuesday - Refreshments During the
Business Sessions - Beach Trip - Banquet - National Convention Tee Shirt |

The official group photograph that will be taken of all
of us together during the National Convention will be available at a cost of
$15. Dress is causal. Photographs of your chapter delegation to
the National Convention can also be taken at a cost of $15 if you
request. The delegation photographs
will be taken just before the banquet, so attire is dressy. Photographs will be 8x10, glossy, and
color. They will be mailed to your
chapter no later than early May.
Orders can be placed in advance when you register as well as during
the National Convention. |

Please complete the official
registration form, which is available as a Word file
or as an html file. List the names and shirt sizes of each person
in your delegation, so we can prepare your name tag and have your convention
tee shirt in the bag of goodies that we will give you when you check in at
the Convention. Also, please note the
type and number of photographs being order.
