  • Model Farmland Protection Plan is now available as well as Model County and Muncipal Farmland Preservation Programs, which utilize easements.

  • County Ordinances page has been updated with the latest passed and proposed farmland preservation program ordinances. Go to the County Ordinances page.

  • For information regarding the regulation and zoning of intensive livestock operations and animal waste management systems go to the Swine Farm Zoning Notebook website.
