Model Farmland Protection Plan is now available as well as Model County and Muncipal Farmland Preservation Programs, which utilize easements.
County Ordinances page has been updated with the latest passed and proposed farmland preservation program ordinances. Go to the County Ordinances page.
For information regarding the regulation and zoning of intensive livestock operations and animal waste management systems go to the Swine Farm Zoning Notebook website.

Currently we are able to provide some of the content contained in the print version of the Land Preservation Notebook. More sections will be added to this website at a later time.
