This
Act was recently amended by 2000 N.C. Sess. Laws 00-0158 (which was Senate
Bill 1252 of the 1999 session prior to being ratified and chaptered) It
was signed by the Governor into law on August 2, 2000. Section 2 of this
amendment modifies §130A-310.34 (d) of the Act. The change from the
amendment to this Act has not yet been codified in the North Carolina
General Statutes and will not be available in the statute files below.

N.C. Sess. Laws 00-0150, the Flood Hazard Prevention Act of 2000, (which
was House Bill 1341 of the 1999 session prior to being ratified and chaptered)
The amendment was signed by the Governor into law on August 2,
2000 but has not yet been codified in the North Carolina General Statutes.
The links to the files below are to the amendment which includes all sections
under Floodplain Regulation as well as the changes to those sections.
