1. General and Attendance Policy

This all-day workshop is addressed to the continuing education needs of Appraisers, Attorneys, Foresters, Planners, and other professionals. Attendance will be taken for these professionals seeking continuing education credits and certificates reflecting the number of hours completed will be issued up to the number of hours approved by each of their respective accrediting organizations or agencies. Participants must complete the full number of hours allowed by their respective accrediting organizations or agencies and must stay until the adjournment of the workshop to receive their certificates.

 

2. Continuing Education Hours

The following are the number of continuing education hours approved or recommended for Appraisers, Attorneys, Foresters, Planners for this workshop:

North Carolina State Bar: (CLE) 7 hrs - General & 1hr - Ethics Approved

3. Certified Public Accountants

Continuing professional education (CPE) credits may be available for Certified Public Accountants. However, CPAs will be responsible for determining workshop suitability for CPE, maintaining required CPE documentation and evidence of course completion, and reporting CPE hours [21 NCAC 8G .0404 et. seq.]. Certificates reflecting the number of hours in attendance at workshop can be issued for documentation purposes.
