Act was recently amended by 2000 N.C. Sess. Laws 00-0116 (which was Senate
Bill 1329 of the 1999 session prior to being ratified and chaptered, and
signed into law by the Governor on July 14, 2000). The changes from the
amendment to this Act have not yet been codified in the North Carolina
General Statutes and will not be available in the statute files below.

prior to being ratified and chaptered). It was signed by the Governor
into law on August 2, 2000 and has not yet been codified in the North
