This statute was added by 2000
N.C. Sess. Laws 00-0157 (also called the Mountains to Sea State Park Trail,
which was Senate Bill 1311 of the 1999 session prior to being ratified
and chaptered). The amendment was signed by the Governor into law
on August 2, 2000 but has not yet been codified in the North Carolina
General Statutes. The links to the files below are to the amendment
which includes the text of the new law in its entirety. Files containing
the codified law will be included when they become available.

Act was recently amended by 2000 N.C. Sess. Laws 00-0158 (which was Senate
Bill 1252 of the 1999 session prior to being ratified and chaptered) It
was signed by the Governor into law on August 2, 2000. Section 2 of this
amendment modifies §130A-310.34 (d) of the Act. The change from the
amendment to this Act has not yet been codified in the North Carolina
General Statutes and will not be available in the statute files below.
