Teaching
Interests: Principles
of Embryonic Development (ZO 361), Experimental Embryology
and related areas of Genetics and Cell Biology; Research
Interests:The
role of genes which contribute to the ability of cells to undergo
ordered tissue formation, organogenesis and the proper placement
of those organs during vertebrate development. Particularly
of interest is the early-stages of the frog (Xenopus), with
emphasis on mechanisms underlying the regulation of tight junctions
and their role in morphogenesis. |
